It was an amazing day at Olin Park in Madison, Wisconsin. On October 4, NAMI Dane County held the 20th annual NAMIWalks Dane County event. I was there photographing. This was my 11th year in a row photographing the walk.
The fundraising goal this year was $300,000, and we blew right past that!
People were in a good mood, and I’d say that people were also feeling generous this year. We all realize the importance of mental health, and folks were out there giving their support by walking and with their dollars.
