Have I ever told you what a sweetheart Luke is? Three years ago today — February 13, 2020 — I met Luke at the Dane County Humane Society and adopted him. It was right before the pandemic lockdown. He has been my Valentine’s Dog ever since! I still call him Mr. Compliments because people seem to find him beautiful, and he is. So here’s to you, Mr. Luke!
